Had a great experience with Aloha Pools & Spa. Chad was very helpful, from beginning to completion. Always answered any concerns or questions very quickly, and very responsive. The build crew was amazing. they were very polite, answered questions and worked long days in the heat to make sure we were on schedule. The pool looks great! Did not disappoint.

In September of 2014, Pat Baker helped us fulfill our dream of having an inground family pool. For nearly the past 8 years, our pool has been the center of entertainment for our 5 children and 12 grandchildren. Pat and her team did an outstanding job of installing our pool and our only regret: we didn't do this sooner. In 2016, Dustin Smyth made our second dream come tru: a spa. Again, our only regret is not having done it sooner. Over these past 8 years, there have been countless times where we have interacted with many of your team members here in Jonesboro and Union City. In every case, we were grateful for the service provided by Corey, Josh, Jake, etc. The Jonesboro location has provided us with needed chemicals, water testing and solid advice. This past year, we were determined that we needed a new liner. Brittany Kendall handled all of the arrangements. in May the construction team arrived on site, Removed and installed the new liner, and within one day we were ready to enjoy another decade of delight. I'm a continuous improvement consultant and, by nature of my work with over 300 manufacturing companies, I appreciate when top leadership directs their business with their customers in mind. Every one of your team members has been dedicated to ensuring we received top notch service. They have been respectful, on time, knowledgeable and efficient in each and every instance. They are excellent representatives of what you have built.

They made this process very easy for us from start to end. We literally had an inground pool within a week that the kids could jump in. They worked as a team and Renee was fabulous answering all my many questions. Lobo's crew were the hardest workers. So glad we chose you all!

It was great working with Renee and the construction crews. Renee answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. We had a Gunite pool and spa installed over two years ago by Aloha. It has run flawlessly until last weekend, when we had a light strike. I turned in a service ticket yesterday afternoon and we are up and running today. I can't say enough about start to finish service. I would use Aloha again!

The staff at Aloha were professional and friendly, greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions and then some! Price was reasonable and the purchase was seamless. The delivery personnel were professional and nice as well; it was a complicated delivery, but they did great manuevering it into the right place. We had looked around a lot and found that hot tubs are very hard to find. They had some in-stock, and we love our Wellis! It has plenty of fully adjustable jets and adjustable water pressure as well—it holds the temp, even when the outside is in the teens! With back issues, I get in almost every day...should have done this years ago! I highly recommend Aloha Pools and Spas in Marion!

The service I received surpassed my expectations. Pool installation was quoted to be July 2022, but it is December 2021 and we have a pool! We will get to enjoy our pool at the beginning of the season—way ahead of schedule! The construction/excavation crew even bought a drainage tube for our gutter downspout and relocated it because of the placement of our pool. Total bonus! Chad Mansker was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Communication during the process was effortless and handled through a text message thread, which was perfect as my husband and I both have demanding jobs. This company went above and beyond and now our family has a beautiful backyard oasis ready to enjoy this summer!

We want to give a huge shout out to the dig crew (Ramiro and Co.), as well as Lobo and crew, for convincing us that our pool needed to be raised above grade! Also, thanks to Brittney for talking us off the panic ledge! We were reluctant; they worked with us to understand their reasoning, and now we are seeing so many posts about muddy pools from runoff after storms! They could've easily just dug and run, but they literally spent hours working out a plan!

Aloha put in an inground fiberglass pool for us. That statement makes it sound so simple. It was a huge undertaking. Renee showed us dozens of pools and patios, and then we discussed and planned getting concrete, a liner, and fiberglass. She worked with us through several design and landscape companies. When it came time for the build, she was every step of the way and was always patient. We are very happy! If we have any maintenance issues, they send a technician promptly. We are very happy with Renee and Aloha!
