At Aloha Pools & Spas, we have a full fleet of service trucks with trained technicians to make sure your swimming season is trouble-free. Our technicians train annually on Hot Spring Spas and Caldera Spas. They attend ClearCare water testing training to ensure a sound knowledge of pool chemistry. We also attend on-site service training for major industry brands.
We provide swimming pool service, pool openings and closings, safety cover installations, liner installations, pool remodels, sand filter changes, energy efficiency upgrades, on-site pool and spa training, salt system installations – and many more services. Service Price Guide
Truck Charge
Covers the cost of the Vehicle, Insurance, Fuel, Drive Time. Charge is per trip to the customer's location.
- Truck Charge 1: $0 per Trip 0-15 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 2: $48 per Trip 15-30 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 3: $83 per Trip 30-45 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 4: $115 per Trip 45-60 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 5: $146 per Trip 60-75 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 6: $182 per Trip 75-90 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 7: $219 per Trip 90-105 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 8: $277 per Trip 105-145 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 9: $354 per Trip 145-195 miles of local retail store
- Truck Charge 10: $425 per Trip 195+ miles of local retail store
Service Calls
Diagnostics Service Call: $140
- The initial Diagnostic Service Call includes up to one (1) hour of diagnostic labor for the first visit.
- A truck charge will apply to each trip including the initial visit. (See chart at top of page)
Any labor after the initial service visit or exceeding the included hour will be billed at a rate of $130 per hour, charged in ½-hour increments.
Emergency or After-Hours Service Call: $149
- The initial Diagnostic Service Call includes up to one (1) hour of diagnostic labor for the first visit.
- A truck charge will apply to each trip including the initial visit. (See chart at top of page)
Any labor after the initial service visit or exceeding the included hour will be billed at a rate of $130 per hour, charged in ½-hour increments.
Warranty Service Calls: $30

ADD-ON SERVICES & PRICING
Pricing is based on a service call, truck charge, amount of sand required and possibly additional labor.
- 100 – 150 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge
- 175 – 300 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + One hour labor $130
- 325 – 500 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + Two hours labor $260
- 525 – 1,000 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + Two men two hours labor $520
Pool Opening
Inground Pool Opening with Cover $250 / No Cover $200
(pool must be at operating level to complete startup of equipment)
- Includes the first service appointment, up to a maximum of one (1) hour of labor.
- A truck charge will apply to each trip including the initial visit. (See chart at top of page)
- Any labor after the initial service visit or exceeding the included hour will be billed at a rate of $130 per hour, charged in ½-hour increments.
Aboveground Pool Opening $185
(pool must be at operating level to complete startup of equipment)
